00:00:04pretty much eat all of them but the bit

00:00:06we want to get rid of is right in the

00:00:07middle of the seeds so the easiest way

00:00:10is to cut it apart

00:00:14remembering your knife skills fingers on

00:00:17your tips straight down to the board yep

00:00:23and then this is the bit here that we

00:00:25don’t want this tough white bit with all

00:00:27the seeds so just pull mine out and then

00:00:48trim off the privates keeping it firmly

00:00:51on the board cutting away from you

00:01:05and the bits are tricky to get to you

00:01:07can just pull out with your fingers hey

00:01:10breathe so close to the mess away from

00:01:13Broadway jumping then we’re going to

00:01:16slice it with strips so because it rocks

00:01:19like that that’s no good to us you flip

00:01:21it over on the side that keeps it nice

00:01:25and firm a gate to the board well you’re

00:01:33gonna keep the tip of your knife on the

00:01:35board

00:01:35you’re gonna keep your fingers wrapped

00:01:37around the handle not on the blade boy

00:01:39that’s it now use the tip of the fingers

00:01:42to keep your pepper nice and still on
