00:00:14one of my readers daram who wrote in
00:00:16riva Zima hello Evan I want to form a
00:00:19company which will provide a county
00:00:20auditing consulting payroll other
00:00:22services for small to medium enterprises
00:00:24we will provide advice and science by
00:00:27using financial and non-financial models
00:00:29which are not used very often and the
00:00:31government is encouraging people to do
00:00:33their own businesses here please provide
00:00:35these suggestions think in advance
00:00:36regards derivative so daram some advice
00:00:40for you congratulations want to set up
00:00:41your business source well it’s great
00:00:42news when I would first do is start
00:00:45talking to potential customers and see
00:00:47where the need is and what they’re
00:00:48willing to pay you for the best way to
00:00:50build the business is around the
00:00:51customer you have money coming to the
00:00:53door you’re solving a real problem so
00:00:55start talking some of these
00:00:56entrepreneurs and see how you might fit
00:00:57the mold they may not need all your
00:00:58services and you may find that one
00:01:00service does really well compared to the
00:01:02others you’ll probably find send you
00:01:05going up to small and medium companies
00:01:06you’ll probably find better success with
00:01:08the median companies in the small
00:01:09because a new entrepreneur doesn’t need
00:01:12payroll services and doesn’t need the
00:01:15ceiling too much accounting services
00:01:16they don’t have staff right so why would
00:01:18you need pero serves you have any step
00:01:20so you’re your best guys are gonna be
00:01:22with growing companies who don’t have
00:01:25all the operational structure under them
00:01:27and can use your services to help them
00:01:28take them to the next level the next
00:01:30thing I try to do is focus on what is
00:01:32your unique value proposition so what do
00:01:34you have to offer that nobody else has
00:01:36to offer what makes you special because
00:01:38there’s a lot of accountants out there
00:01:40right so what is it that you’re going to
00:01:42do that’s different and what intrigued
00:01:44me about your emails were saying you use
00:01:45financial non-financial models that are
00:01:47not very frequently used so what are
00:01:50those models you can you brand them from
00:01:51you
00:01:52excited about them and can you promote
00:01:54it as in entrepreneurs you know magic
00:01:56bullet secret weapon that they can use
00:01:58to grow their business and beat their
00:02:00competitors because they’re using these
00:02:01models and you develop that other people
00:02:03haven’t really taken into account and so
00:02:05thinking about how you’re going to
00:02:06differentiate yourself and using some of
00:02:08those models might help you the third
00:02:10bit of advice you said that the
00:02:12government is really trying to encourage
00:02:14people to want to start their own
00:02:15business and get entrepreneurship up to
00:02:17the next level I’m curious is there
00:02:19might be a way to use that and partner
00:02:21up with the government have them
00:02:22introduce you to some of these
00:02:24entrepreneurs does any government
00:02:26centers of entrepreneurs are going to
00:02:27the government looking for help or
00:02:29resources if you can get known as an
00:02:32expert for entrepreneurs and
00:02:34medium-sized businesses then whenever
00:02:36these government agencies are seen
00:02:38people come in the door that need help
00:02:40that are growing and don’t have the
00:02:42operational structure and they see that
00:02:43they need someone to help them with
00:02:44their payroll and accounting then they
00:02:46can introduce you so traffic getting in
00:02:49good spirits with with the government
00:02:51workers and see if they might be able to
00:02:53help you introduce you to different
00:02:54entrepreneurs who might need your
00:02:55services so I hope that helps if you
