bit about the albumen with you guys tried on that one I think that general
tried on that one I think that general
tried on that one I think that general idea was trying to get a record out as
idea was trying to get a record out as
idea was trying to get a record out as fast as possible we were very limited
fast as possible we were very limited
fast as possible we were very limited with our time and our money we were
with our time and our money we were
with our time and our money we were almost finished making another record
almost finished making another record
almost finished making another record with G before his accident so we had
with G before his accident so we had
with G before his accident so we had this idea of making kinetic record as
this idea of making kinetic record as
this idea of making kinetic record as crazy as it sounded when we were able to
crazy as it sounded when we were able to
crazy as it sounded when we were able to do that and we saw that it was happening
do that and we saw that it was happening
do that and we saw that it was happening it was happening really fast it was a
it was happening really fast it was a
it was happening really fast it was a lot of fun to see us get down to it and
lot of fun to see us get down to it and
lot of fun to see us get down to it and actually you know whoa we can do this we
actually you know whoa we can do this we
actually you know whoa we can do this we haven’t done it like this forever we
haven’t done it like this forever we
haven’t done it like this forever we were a band we can we had everything
were a band we can we had everything
were a band we can we had everything drilled dial we you know we really just
drilled dial we you know we really just
drilled dial we you know we really just got down to it you know we made it with
got down to it you know we made it with
got down to it you know we made it with a new person and yes to Nick Nick and
a new person and yes to Nick Nick and
a new person and yes to Nick Nick and Sergio being a new person to be right up
Sergio being a new person to be right up
Sergio being a new person to be right up with so there’s a lot of us a lot of
with so there’s a lot of us a lot of
with so there’s a lot of us a lot of fresh energy too but also an urgency
fresh energy too but also an urgency
fresh energy too but also an urgency like a need to like you said I mean we
like a need to like you said I mean we
like a need to like you said I mean we had very limited funds we had already
had very limited funds we had already
had very limited funds we had already used nearly our entire budget to make
used nearly our entire budget to make
used nearly our entire budget to make arrows which you know so at this point
arrows which you know so at this point
arrows which you know so at this point we were really up against a gun to but
we were really up against a gun to but
we were really up against a gun to but it never felt like it
it never felt like it
it never felt like it we were just stuck it was a breeze man
we were just stuck it was a breeze man
we were just stuck it was a breeze man so that was a perfect example of us
so that was a perfect example of us
so that was a perfect example of us taking another chance in ourselves where
taking another chance in ourselves where
taking another chance in ourselves where after cheese accident we could have
after cheese accident we could have
after cheese accident we could have pretty much just said alrighty see you
pretty much just said alrighty see you
pretty much just said alrighty see you later dude yeah I’m gonna be a but we
later dude yeah I’m gonna be a but we
later dude yeah I’m gonna be a but we didn’t you know I’m saying and we kept
didn’t you know I’m saying and we kept
didn’t you know I’m saying and we kept on and cuz we wanted to be like I like
on and cuz we wanted to be like I like
on and cuz we wanted to be like I like hanging out with him I like making music
hanging out with him I like making music
hanging out with him I like making music with you and we like playing and then
with you and we like playing and then
with you and we like playing and then that’s taking a chance on ourselves and
that’s taking a chance on ourselves and
that’s taking a chance on ourselves and I think we made the best record we’ve we
I think we made the best record we’ve we
I think we made the best record we’ve we have to this day possible
what’s the writing process like as a
what’s the writing process like as a band is it a collaborative or more of an
band is it a collaborative or more of an
band is it a collaborative or more of an individual take very collaborative you
individual take very collaborative you
individual take very collaborative you know I mean I think it’s it’s kind of
know I mean I think it’s it’s kind of
know I mean I think it’s it’s kind of chaotic at times but I think we’re
chaotic at times but I think we’re
chaotic at times but I think we’re getting better at it
getting better at it
getting better at it at pinpointing but school stuff and
at pinpointing but school stuff and
at pinpointing but school stuff and someone can be like well that’s a really
someone can be like well that’s a really

this last autumn cycle that’s there was
this last autumn cycle that’s there was a lot of that just happening really fast
a lot of that just happening really fast
a lot of that just happening really fast enough each person trying to add their
enough each person trying to add their
enough each person trying to add their thing and make it happen really quick
thing and make it happen really quick
thing and make it happen really quick and and to be really proud of leaving

not always the best way to do it doesn’t mean you have to be that to be in the
mean you have to be that to be in the
mean you have to be that to be in the studio to be creative you know there’s
studio to be creative you know there’s
studio to be creative you know there’s just different ways of doing there’s
