little to take on the trip
through the
We trade in the moment
we will see in the future what will be
we know so far
we know the stationary trade that
Business we were all today
probably already on saturday
to bring buns
we may have it if we too
Throw online trade with a pot
ever ordered from amazon or
we will order something soon
Christmas is around the corner
that means we have the online trade
we have stationary business
The online trade shares as well
the stationary trade in many channels
On stationary trade we can do the
discounter we know the big ones
shopping malls in the online retailer in
online trading we know the cross
channel the multi channel disney channel
are all descriptions and through
which channels last endes the
transaction the actual business
comes about the cross channel is
now a bit across the
we can imagine ourselves as we buy
something in the internet and then go in the
for example, the next media market
pick it up then it would be a cross poses
he already such a small little one
gesture of networking the teeth
basically we ask ourselves yes
what do we do about our business?
clear
Most will walk where it is
business or maybe we can
even the drive in switch at the
one or two hardware stores, however
it will be exciting because you in the future
of the trade
but what devices are we doing something
we can because we know the pc with it
we started ours
First online shop visited and there on
bought cart then it went on over
the laptop we had the tablet we
now have the smartphone that is it
Almost every year, new appliances are being redone
Devices negotiated what is this year
to come
maybe we remember that
Amazon of the button a very simple
ordered on the halls next to the
Washing machine sticking we press on it
and two days later comes the new one
what’s up with this detergent
year
we still have the language box amazon
sprachbox she calls herself alexa there is
in the meantime also in the
opposite of
google this is called google home like
works that we have a device
a trump it pictured left here
stand by our kitchen and then ask
we love alexa please give us new ones
café what happens in two days later
comes the new café rolled what is
the decision why such devices
to be renegotiated
and why are we confronted with it
It’s all a question of communication
what helps us in everyday life what that us
Life makes life easier
We’ll take that as a present
consumer
this includes the debate when I and
I think that he is at the end of the day
will prevail over decades
but quite the language as medium
There are enough application possibilities
We will be with you for a long time
can imagine where we are with the
language business can be done in
the kitchen will be a big room office
that means we will
quite always in a position to be there
Give up our orders and there
also to interact
What else do we want? We want ours
business possible from everywhere
can do
that means i want to be in the
train with my smartphone something
to order
ideally it would be great if i did
directly knew it in the next
business pick up barbera da tell
I’ll give you a model of zalando
if you could order white shoes
you in the next city for example
pick up at the Kaufhof
sorry that’s one too
development that we see that we have the
the customer everywhere his business
will be possible but we have
also completely new models which we this
year ago
remember the hype and
pokémon gros that’s the first
application to which the mass
we have enforced from the
augmented reality or augmented
Reality how does it work?
the task was with the phone
Camera is on
to walk through the streets and
At some point very strange
We should collect figures on them
and that too is commercial
been commercialized
McDonald, for example, has become one
variety of figures bought in the
Near their branches placed all
People ran to McDonald’s I live
funnily on a church square and
with me you are in the village in the kitchen
rumgerander questionable whether the dear god
I bought the church figures
thought that was pretty funny and very weird
that is the augmented reality we
have and then the virtual
We all have reality already
Watching TV in newspapers
these are the people a bit
looking diagonally with your glasses through
run around the area and quite wild with the
Hands around, we even waves
do not understand what they are last
There are already some things here
business models that are settled
stefan hamann of shopware ag board
and founder has already finished
developed pilots in the drawer
lie and show one of these pilots
I’ll give you the video in a video now
that is in three parts please pay attention to the
right 32 windows which movements
be executed there
Now seriously I think everyone
may realize that that is a bit
if you are so through the
moved space and I think so too
Nothing is what I am at the end of the day
really durable on all e commerce
enforce the area
but our imagination will
suffice
That is quite an application where it is
can be chic but still all that
It is not great with these two
hands
with these two sticks in your hands
walk through the area
but that is a status quo now
we now have what it already is
somehow reminds me a little bit
At the old fax machine were the big ones
mobile bones we have but the
post commodore 64 time where we actually
hope that there is still air in it
question is so the trade of
future is that is the question
I do not want to answer that
should you answer yourself because
I would like to ask you to rain
ask and try with the future too
what else can we do
know this is a google lenz that is
a patent from google becomes a lens
used in the eye
a medical object that helps
sometimes at the end of the day the glucose
salary to be determined
we still know that
existent that is a holodeck which
Patenting amazon has become patented
to let
it works already is me
can with gesture control here
in fact then objects in the room
those are things that exist
now already at deloitte
how this can look like using a

yes that was the video and what do we need
this is the future as we ask ourselves
They want to experience how we see them
want where can we help shape
we really want that
what questions arise from this how
close is such a design at the
reality
this is a fiction but ask
let’s have a look and check it out
critical what is actually missing around that
into the reality transfer
which technology we lack is it
maybe only the network coverage that
we have network everywhere it is the
the enormous speed
size of data transmission us
allows or is it just the display
what we currently lack is then learned
VR glasses still looks pretty funny
we also know google sees it
yes, again much more beautiful missing
then only the display
the question is what the conditions
we are missing any legal
We have to create the conditions
how must our attitude to privacy
to be renegotiated which conditions
we must create the such
possibility is given
and last the question which
social or social
changes go with such
future design
we want this we can do this
Estimate changes where they are in us
risks and where do we see opportunities
I think that’s only three four now
Great questions I asked
have
I’m sure you should
look at things critically and continue
questioning
because you are great and unique
you are the future leaders of ours
society you are all younger than
Anyway, most of them kick her
her working life
The hurdles make decisions
be represented opinions and you
become the process as our future
to present themselves will be decisive
your opinion with your attitude also with
your critical viewpoint and
to ask with the ability to ask
shape
that’s why he stays critical and critical
is not just the technical
Enthusiasm that was very
impressive the video so i have
but also sit down once
next to it is critical and
does not lose this ability to criticize
and that would make me very happy
and so we do not finish and
Thank you very much to you
