Passionate is a beautiful thing,

It is a feeling we feel throughout our existence,

Radiant from within our hearts.

Passion is important,

Because we feel alive,

And provides us with motivation

So that we can progress as we face the challenges.

Passion gives us the goal and energy,

Which enables us to participate positively in our surroundings,

When we can learn how to direct this energy,

We can invest them to create opportunities and open doors,

In our personal and professional lives.

Can you think of one that exudes a passion in your life,

One strengthens us, motivates us, inspires us?

Are you looking somewhere far away for what makes you passionate?

Stop!

It is not about finding a single passion that changes our lives.

It’s about getting things done with passion,

Learn how to apply this enthusiasm

To create opportunities to achieve the desired.

The problem is waiting to be shocked by your passion,

Is that while you wait,

Do not live or engage

In the current space or moment you live.

We hold a lot of pressure,

Until we find this one abstract thing, or wait for it to come to us.

We do not see opportunities

Directly ahead of us.

Most of us seek to find passion in the meanings of our jobs,

Unfortunately, here in the United States, most of us will not find work at all

He engages in it passionately.

This sounds frustrating, does not it?

According to a Gallup study in 2014,

Only 31.5 percent of Americans are happy or engaged.

Which means they feel the existence of a goal,

Motivation and enthusiasm were found and shared from work.

A large proportion of 51 percent goes with the tide,

And 17.5 percent … well, they hate their work.

So, what distinguishes those who find meaning and satisfaction in their work

Compared to those who do not?

Well, it’s many things.

But basically, I think we can sum it up in a little.

To feel that you make a difference,

To feel challenged, and to have a positive working environment.

Passion is generated through performance,

And then commitment to the idea or profession or issue.

Your passion may change, it may remain the same,

May wrap aside, does not matter.

The point is not to let stress create your passion

Prevents you or gives you the pursuit of things that raise your curiosity,

And your curiosity about things that concern you,

Or pursuing a career or work that you may find incomparable.

When I graduated from Cal Poly,

The economic situation was dire.

Few of my colleagues just got a job in landscaping engineering companies,

Which was my specialty and my passion.

I got a job offer for $ 15 an hour

In a residential landscaping company.

That was not what I wanted to do.

I wanted to design parks, public squares and great city views.

Not the backyards.

But anyway, I accepted the job, decided I would stay there for two years,

And then I will move to a real office for landscape design,

So I managed to get my license.

What I did not realize was how much I would have ended up in a loving person for residential design,

Creative process, customer communication,

Short story I found myself passionate about something

I thought it would be a short stop in my career.

I think it can be said that my career has experienced a sudden change in her love.

Especially when I started to leave my passion leads me

To seize opportunities I had not thought of before,

Such as entertainment.

I never imagined I would turn away from being a licensed landscape engineer.

But when I saw a request for selection from across the country

For a landscape restoration exhibition, I thought,

“You know what, I think I can!”

I think I can talk passionately about plants, soil and concrete,

And how they come together to create a beautiful environment.

If people want to listen, that’s great!

What I thought was unknown to me,

He quickly became an enormous amount of contacts and interviews

And then imaging experiments.

After much introduction and response, they finally told me

I got the job.

When I asked them why they had chosen me,

Why did they choose me among the thousands of applicants,

They told me that the reason was that I had the competence and the passion.

Urges us to challenge ourselves.

Risks are important for development,

If we can not develop, our passion for existence will stop.

When we risk, we either succeed,

Or learn something.

Thomas Edison once said:

“I did not fail.

I found ten thousand ways that do not work. “

Sarah Blackley, a billionaire herself and founder of Spanx,

Accept failure as an opportunity.

When she was a child, her father asked her, “Sara, what has failed today?”

When she did not have the right response, he showed little disappointment,

Because that means they have not tried anything new.

When I first got a contractor license and contracted my first job,

I was afraid.

Although I worked in construction beforehand,

I have never been responsible for everything.

If anyone hurts, it’s up to me.

If I misjudged a budget, it was up to me.

If the client disliked what I did, well, it was up to me.

But I knew it was a necessary step to take,

It was scary, it was a challenge to pursue him.

I ended up building a beautiful backyard without ever making any money.

But that’s fine.

Not bad because it was a stone crossing.

I learned a lot,

And now I am able to go out to the construction site with confidence,

Familiar with what I do.

Urges us to communicate with each other,

Creating a more positive working environment,

Fruitful relationships, and more.

Those with positive influence inspire confidence,

And the support we need to pursue our goals.

Find someone in the job you want to occupy.

Connect with them.

You will be surprised how much they will welcome

By answering your questions and giving you guidance.

Oprah Winfrey once said:

“Teacher is the person who lets you see hope inside you”

It motivates us to make a difference.

Find inspiration in how you affect your passion for others positively,

Let your goals expand beyond your ambitions.

When we pursue goals that benefit us only,

It is difficult to continue and sooner or later we will lose meaning.

When we pursue goals that only benefit us,

Sooner or later we will lose meaning, and it will be difficult to continue.

But when we can focus our energy on the bigger picture,

You’ll find a deeper goal and support for your cause.

Blake Makosky, an ambitious entrepreneur and founder of Toms Shoes,

Was shocked as he wandered through a poverty-stricken region of Argentina.

Create a unique business model from one to one,

To donate a pair of shoes for each pair bought.

It’s a crazy idea,

But has since donated more than 60 million pairs of shoes

For children and people in need.

His company expanded from then on,

It now donates safe birth equipment, clean water and glasses.

If I asked him,

It’s not about how much money you earn,

But as much as the assistance it provides to people.

Our passion will pass through tides in our lives,

Passion is not fixed,

But if we continue to work hard, challenge ourselves and develop ourselves,

We will be able to ignite the enthusiasm to live life with passion and confidence,

And more satisfaction.

It is not about finding a single, meaningful passion,

But to live with passion.

To deal with what is going on,

And know how to create opportunities from your resources.

If you do not know yet, start engaging in your current situation,

Start communicating with people and start exploring opportunities.

Whether you are in the start-up phase of your job,

A boring profession or a challenging relationship,

You have the power to change the environment and the energy around you,

Rather than waiting for that to happen to you.

I think Nelson Mandela said it in the most beautiful way:

“There is no passion that can be found in small dreams –

Those that are associated with stability in life less than those you are able to actually live. “

thank you.
