There is a famous saying:
“Life is all that happens to us
While we are busy carrying out other plans. “
Unpredictability, not even readiness
It is what makes life very fragile and also very beautiful.
Dear friends,
About 20 to 25 years ago
I lived a life dreamed of by many.
I always wanted to become a famous artist.
And to be at the top of my glory.
I have come from Nepal and have already succeeded in becoming
A famous and successful actress in Indian cinema.
Represented in 80 films in five different languages.
I have won multiple awards.
To the Secretariat I have participated in many works with little quality.
Everything I dreamed of and more
Was already achieved.
But what I did not know
It is in the middle of this bustling and pleasant trip
Life was carrying something else to me.
And entered a whirlwind of events
Where I began to lose everything slowly.
At first the transition began slowly
When I signed a bad movie I failed and got bad cash.
Then it happened again and again
But I did not care
Because at this time I had good directors who wanted me in their films.
So I thought I could always go back to success.
But that did not happen.
She has followed an unhealthy lifestyle
Which attracted bad companies to me.
I kept moving from one bad relationship to another without interruption.
I was living in a mess,
I was in denial.
And collapsed with the collapse of my marriage.
Soon after, I was diagnosed with a serious type of cancer.
Even my cancer was aggressive.
Let me get you to the peak
With the ferocity of my chemotherapy.
It was not difficult to lose hair, eyelashes and eyebrows
And the patient and sad appearance of cancer patients.
Turning from this beautiful artist to this, the appearance was not difficult
But it was difficult to sign statements of the possibility of permanent damage to the heart
Permanent ear damage, or permanent nerve damage.
I live with my hands shaking for the rest of my life.
Then I started to get scared.
I began to worry that these were my last days.
Maybe I was facing death.
The mysterious death that is hard to imagine
Or ratification.
Then I started thinking about whether this was the end of my life.
What have you done in my life so far?
Have you lived well? Am I proud of my life?
of course not.
I have ruined my life.
I was neglected and neglected my health and my work
I neglected to care for my mother and loved me.
Dear friends, it has been four and a half years
And now I recovered from cancer.
My Lord was generous, and so was my life.
(clap)
Do not pass any day
Without remembering the covenant I made when I thought I was dying.
I have arranged three priorities, calling them three gifts:
My health;
I realized the importance of health when I got cancer
So I appreciate her now and take care of her, read and inquired
I do whatever it takes to be healthy.
I became my relationship with my family
Respect and trust,
Because they are the only ones who stood beside me
From start to finish.
the friendship:
I had a crowd of friends, a great circle of friends.
But today I have a few handfuls
I have a close relationship, a friendship with a higher meaning.
my work:
I realized that I was an artist with my heart and spirit
So I have to challenge
To develop myself as an artist, and to satisfy myself,
So I began to pick and chose my films carefully and carefully
Not as carelessly as I did before.
It also received a fourth donation;
It is a valuable estimate
Participation and assistance.
I would like to share with you a story.
When many people did not visit me in the hospital,
There was a lady coming to stay with me on Sundays.
She was a physician, a pathologist at Cornell Hospital in New York
Her name is d. Navit Narola.
They were coming
And sit on the seat of the hospital uncomfortable,
She spends the whole day with me.
I was very surprised
Because they were very busy.
So I asked her, “Why are you doing this?
You were not my friend before, and of course I’m not a fan of me. “
Do you know what was its response?
She said to me: “This is because I hope you do it to someone else, Lady Manisha.”
(clap)
So simple but very deep, right?
Then I made a promise if I had a second chance of life
I will be interested in providing my assistance to the best of my ability.
It does not matter if the help is big or small.
When the quake hit Nepal
I went there with the help of the United Nations Population Fund.
We launched a campaign called “dignity first.”
I hope to go far away
And talk about the importance of educating our girls and daughters
And awareness of the marriage of minors
And the resulting complications.
If that’s what I’m doing
As a survivor of cancer,
I walk around to give hope to people.
To tell them that cancer is not a death penalty,
There is even life away from cancer.
You can help anyone
I can help a friend come to me
All I need is to listen to him patiently.
That’s what I’m doing now.
A big part of my story,
Among these experiences
Between success and failure and between name, fame and lights
It is among the depths of frustration
And cancer
Shock chemotherapy and face death,
It is not about these events
But about finding the meaning behind it, finding the meaning behind all this.
I had to understand the significance of everything that happened to me,
It was all that was happening to me.
I found a few simple and basic principles
Because of its simplicity
We consider them to be Muslim principles and we do not apply them.
I found that the first principle is
That life is a gift.
I know it’s a cliche but it’s a gift.
All that life gives us is also a gift.
This body is a gift
We need his appreciation and care, to be grateful for his presence.
We need to realize that.
Those who pass through our lives are also a gift.
Principle 2:
The importance of self-reflection.
We need to dive deep into ourselves
To discover our truth and to live according to it,
Because our time is limited we have to make the most of it.
We can not live another person’s life.
We can not live another person’s idea of life.
What’s good and what’s bad.
We have to realize that by ourselves we have to think about ourselves.
We discover
Which motivates us to live a great life
So that we live every day pure and passionate.
Principle 3:
It does not matter, does not matter does not matter, does not matter
How willing we are to be prepared,
We will always encounter surprises.
Life will bring us challenges
Which we will not be fully prepared for.
But we have a choice
We can either surrender to it
We become victims by accepting that they are bigger than us,
We allow that problem to identify our identity,
Or we can adapt them to become a way to mature.
Because there is a message
He studied every problem we face.
We can transform the worst positions in our lives
To the story of victory.
Wisdom and courage are rooted in all of us.
