Tai Chi
Think what you should understand about “Tai Chi” is
It changes according to the context.
So, in some places, they teach it as an art of war.
In some places, they teach it as a therapeutic art.
In some places they teach him as meditation and movement.
In some places it’s a longevity exercise and it can be a combination of those things.
I think here is what we are interested in, where we focus on movement as meditation.
So we do it in a non-serious way and a very fun way.
The focus is to be present.
And that the energy move with the aim.
We have rows in the morning.
Mostly for beginners.
As we come out we have been practicing early in the beautiful Buddha groove.
It’s kind of the biggest, most beautiful in the world, I guess.
And, we just start
With a soft introduction to Tai Chi.
We do the style – Yang 24 movement, which is the shortest shape in style – Yang.
And, if you are here for a few weeks, then you can really go through the whole shape …
And, basically, to support the energy move.
So, we move the body to support the movement advocated by the Chinese “Chi”, what we call “energy.”
The movements are done in a very smooth way, and the method is very slow.
So … where we can have more time to …
The sense of awareness in the movement, and in the consciousness that we begin to feel energy.
When you begin to feel energized, it begins to become a joyful experience.
