OSHO TALKS: Silence Shared in Words

silence communicated in words

Silence communicated with words

The way I speak

it’s a little odd.

No speakers in the world

does not speak like me

technically it is wrong;

takes almost double the time!

but those speakers

have another purpose

my goal is completely

different from theirs.

They talk because

they are prepared for it;

they simply repeat

something that they did before.

Secondly,

they speak

to impose on a certain ideology,

a certain idea to you.

Third, speaking to them is art

they continue to process it.

As far as I am concerned,

I’m not

what they call

speakers or speakers.

For me this is not art or technique;

technically I get worse every day!

But our goals are quite different.

I do not want to

I’m impressing you

to abuse you.

I do not talk about

any purpose

to be achieved by persuading you.

I do not speak to turn you into a Christian, Hindu or Muhammadan,

in religion or infidelity

these are not my preoccupations.

My speech is in fact

one of my ways of meditation.

Never talk is used this way:

I do not speak to give you a message,

but to stop the activity of the mind.

I do not speak

nothing

prepared

Nor do I know

what will be the word that will come after;

so I never make a mistake.

The mistake is to make someone prepare for it.

I never forget something because someone forgets

if he tried to remember it.

So I speak with a freedom

with which perhaps no one has ever spoken.

I do not care if I am consistent,

because this is not the goal.

He who will convince you

and manipulate you through

his speech

it must be consistent,

should be logical,

should be reasonable,

to overcome your cause.

He wants to rule through words.

One of Dale Carnegie’s most famous books has to do

with

speaking

and impact on people

like art

he has been the second to sell only after the Sacred Scripture

but I would fail in his examinations.

He led

a course in America

to teach missionaries and professors

and to teach orators. I would fail at all points.

First, I have no reason to turn you;

I have no desire whatsoever to impress you.

I do not remember what I said yesterday,

so I can not

to get tired of being consistent – this would be a huge concern.

I can easily contradict myself,

because I’m not trying

to have

communication

with the intellectual,

reasonable of your mind.

My goal is so special

how much I use

words

just to create

silence space.

Words are not important

so I can say whatever is contradictory,

anything absurd, anything unrelated,

because my goal is

just create spaces.

The words are secondary;

the silences between these words are primary.

This is simply a way to give you an idea of what meditation is.

And once you realize that this is possible for you,

you will have traveled far away

in the direction of your very being.

Most people in the world think that it is not possible for the mind to be silent.

Because they think it is not possible, they do not even try it.

How to make people try meditation

it was

My main reason for speaking,

so I can continue to speak forever

no matter what I’m saying.

What matters

is to give you some opportunities

stay silent,

which is difficult for you

you reach it yourself early.

I can not force you to remain silent,

but can create a way by which

you will tend to be silent yourself.

I speak in the middle of the sentence,

when you wait for another word to come,

nothing comes

but a space of silence.

And your mind

waiting to hear,

ready for something in progress,

and does not want to lose it

naturally becomes silent.

What can a desperate mind do?

If you knew it before

in which point I would be silent,

if you would be warned

that in this and that point I will be silent,

then you would come to think

you could not be silent.

Then you know: “This is the moment when he will be silent,

now I can do a little

self-indulgence. “

But since she comes altogether

unexpected ….

nor I myself know why I stop at certain moments.

Any such thing,

in any orator of the world,

would be punished,

because an orator

which stops occasionally

shows that

is not well prepared,

who has not done homework.

Shows that his memory

is not reliable,

shows

that sometimes he can not find,

which word to use.

But since

Its not

oratory,

I do not fret over people who will condemn me

I’m interested in you.

And not only here,

but far away …

anywhere in the world

when people will hear this video

or audio,

they will achieve the same

silence.

My success is not

convince you,

my success is to give you a real taste

so that you may believe

that meditation is not fiction,

that the state of mind-mind

it’s not just one

philosophical ideas,

that it is reality;

that you can achieve it and that it does not want any particular

in qualification
