But in the first step,

Only body activities.
In the second step, you see
Thought Activities.
In the third step, you see
Heart activity.
In the fourth,
You simply see
The watch itself you see.
So if you look at the watch,

Just the truth itself,
Indivisible.
But if you look at viewing topics,
Then you can divide it into steps.
So the person who is watching only the activity of his body
It can be very helpful by the person
Which exceeded that stage
And watching
idea
His thoughts
His dreams
Activities of his imagination
All thought-provoking activities.
That person is in the third stage
He can help both:
The person in the first stage, the person in the second stage,
Because now he watches very accurate prints,

Very slippery.
The person who reached the fourth stage
And last
He can help all three ex
Help is a kind of encouragement.
First
He can explain to you that whatever obstacles you feel are
Normal.
He tested it himself,
So do not worry.
Continue your work on them,
No matter what the difficulty
Which look like it.
The difficulty may be rocks
Your viewing will be as smooth as water softening.
But in the long term
Water wins
And rock
Simply disappears into sand.
At first glance, there seems to be no way for the mias to win.
How can water triumph over rocks?
But in the end, that’s what happens.
Only the person who has seen it happen
He must help you, so that “the rock does not frustrate your courage
And its strength
Nothing in front of the water. “

Do not frustrate your courage.
The rock will disappear,
