OSHO: Something Which Never Dies

Share silence in words

Progress

Something never dies

I have been asked this over and over again,

‘No Mahafira, no Buddha, no Krishna,

They served the poor,

They opened hospitals,

Schools.

Saints Christians

They served the poor,

The patients,

Orphans,

The elderly.

Who is the religious? ‘

Ordinary thought will certainly think

The person who serves

Poor, elderly,

The patients,

He is religious.

it’s not

Very easy to decision:

Jesus heal the sick;

Mahfira

No one ever recovered.

There is a story of the Buddha’s gems:

a woman

Her only son died

Her husband had died before,

She was a widow.

In India,

To be a widow

Is to be truly in hell.

In the West the widow again becomes a miss.

In India it is unreasonable;

What have you missed?

He has missed you,

You can not become a miss again.

So that child was her only hope;

She was living for him;

The baby died.

She became mad:

She was carrying the deceased child

Around every town you ask,

‘Help me!’

Somehow they brought my child back to life! ‘

A man suggested on the road

‘We are ordinary people, we can not do such wonders.

But Buddha in the town, why do not you go there?

The proposal was quite good.

The woman rushed.

she

I put the dead child on my Buddha’s feet,

She said,

‘ I’m a widow

This child was my only hope.

You are a great saint.

Your blessing will be enough

To bring him back to life. ‘

The Buddha said,

‘ i will do it,

But only on one condition. ‘

Jesus never asked anything like that

What condition?

‘i will do it,

But on one condition. ‘

The woman,

‘I’m ready to accept any condition.

You say the condition. ‘

He said,

‘First, make the condition.

It is not a very big condition.

Go around town

And bring me from a house

Some mustard seeds. ‘

The woman,

‘This is not a problem at all.

I have mustard seeds in my house,

I can bring it right away. ‘

The Buddha said, ‘You have not heard the whole thing.

You have to bring them home

Where no one has ever died.

Only then

I will bring your child back to life. ‘

Women in despair

I ran from house to house

Ask for a few mustard seeds.

They said, ‘A few mustard seeds?

We can bring full oxen,

But it is not useful

Because this condition is impossible

Achieve.

Too many people have died in our family ….

You will not find a home

Where no one has ever died.

This is

Just

It is a shop

Wherever there is life,

Death has happened

They go side by side. ‘

At evening the woman

She returned.

She is no longer in despair,

The tears have disappeared

From her eyes.

She is no longer interested about the baby.

She fell on my Buddha’s feet

His question

To motivate them

On the way.

The Buddha said, ‘What about the child?’

She said, ‘Everybody dies

Sooner or later,

It’s not important.

Now I want to know something

Who is the

never Dies.’

Now this is a completely different way of working

From which Jesus works.

Jesus Heals;

The stories are back

Dead again to life.

Maybe that’s his way,

That is his distinction

In that way he wants

That people understand

That life is not just

Eating, drink and fun.

‘There are more things,

More gas.

do not lose it

In mere mundane stuff.

I can show the way of eternal life. ‘

That’s his way.

But who can decide

That the Buddha method is wrong?

Perhaps it is more complex,

Maybe it is for the most cultured people.
