OSHO: Love Is Authentic Only When It Gives Freedom

silence expressed in words

presents

Love is authentic only when it leaves you free

Love is authentic only

when it leaves you free

This should be the criterion.

Love is

true only

when it does not interfere with the privacy of another person.

It respects it

his individuality,

his privacy.

But the lovers we see in today’s world

make every effort

so that nothing remains private

that all secrets should be shown to them.

fear

by your individuality;

ruin each other’s individuality,

and hopefully

that by destroying one another,

their lives will be made

happy, accomplished.

They just become less and less expensive.

Love,

and consider: anything real

is always changing.

You have learned wrongly

that

true love

lasts forever.

True pink does not stand forever.

The living being itself

I have to die one day.

Existence is

constant change.

But thought,

idea

that love should be permanent, if true …

and if love disappears one day,

then the natural conclusion is that it was not true.

I want you to know,

love has come suddenly,

not because of some effort on your part.

It has come as a gift of nature.

Then you would not have accepted it

if you were worried

that one day you would suddenly escape.

How come, so it goes.

But you should not worry at all,

for if a flower is dead,

other flowers will come.

The flowers have

to come

permanently

but do not stick to it

floral.

Otherwise you will soon fall to stick to the dead flower,

and this

is the reality:

people get caught

the love of the dead

which was once alive.

And now it’s just a memory

and suffering

and you are blocked

due to respect,

because of the law.
