Read Italian recipes, follow Italian instructions.
Watching Italian recipe videos.
If you make an Italian dish, once a week,

To integrate that language into your day, or your weekly life.
Maybe you can do an English night,

Our food is really that bad

I would say try making cakes,
An American recipe, or a sticky pudding dessert,
Which, I think, I’m pretty sure, it’s an English recipe.
We have always been at English dinners.
But there are so many skills that
You can learn, accurately and English.
You could learn how to knit, in English.
You can play board games, in English.
As long as it is something consistent to do
On a daily or weekly basis, in English,
You’re much more likely to take it seriously,
It is something that you really enjoy.
