Sundar Pichai’s Top 10 Rules For Success (@sundarpichai)

– So you know, a big part of what I focus on is translation (Rafa Tai Rafaa Tai)

In no time are we definitely making innovation

And construction products for the future.

One brilliant invention can be unleashed for other entrepreneurs

To revolutionize the industries roads can never be predicted.

We want to push technology sometimes

Because you do not know what is possible on the other side.

You have to work with people where

You feel a bit insecure.

This is necessary, because that means

You work with people who are better than you.

– It is an American Indian executive business.

He is the current CEO of Google.

It has an estimated net worth of one billion dollars.

It’s Sander Pichai and here my take on e

Top Ten Rules for Success.

Rule number seven is my personal favorite

I am curious to find out which one

You guys like the best.

Also I was watching, if he said something

Really hits you hard, really mean a lot to you,

Leave it in the comments and place quotation marks around it

So other people can be an inspiration as well.

– From the point of view, I think it is true to

Technology in particular, to know the world keeps changing

As I said before, so much of what I focus on

In no time are we definitely making innovation

And construction products for the future.

It just got to be a normal course how you think.

That’s why we always think

What the next action.

As you know, Android is very popular,

People are using smart phones, but I always sit and

Think about what is the next version of how

People will use computing?

So we think things like virtual reality

Or actually increase, so these are all new areas,

But we are constantly thinking about it.

So you have to do it on a consistent basis to push forward.

The thing that brought me to Google

The Internet in general it’s a big equalizer.

For me, I’ve always been hit by the fact that

Google Search worked the same, as long as you have

Access a computer with a connection,

If you are a child in rural areas anywhere or if you are

Professor at Stanford University or Harvard University.

For me, I want Google to strive to pay to do so.

Not only building technology for some sectors, right?

For me it does not matter that we drive technology

As an equivalent force, as an enabling tool for

Everyone around the world.

Growing up in India, like many of you, I got first

Phone when I was 12 years old.

In my case, it turned out to be a rotor phone,

So it was not great for personal pictures.

(Audience laughs)

But I still love to connect my friends, play with it,

And sometimes take it away.

This boosted my phone’s dazzle technology.

I remember in my parents house in Chennai,

Reading about the invention of transistor in Bell Labs.

Of course, that the initial invention helped to establish

What has become known as Silicon Valley, is out of it

Companies such as Fairchild Semiconductor and Intel,

All computers and software

We use it all day.

You can directly draw a line from that invention

To the technology that powers your Twitter feed

Or ReChat messages today.

I remember reading about it and thinking,

“It’s an idea that matters.”

It does not matter where you come from,

Or what your background is.

One revolutionary idea, one brilliant invention,

Other entrepreneurs can be unleashed to revolutionize industries

In ways that can never be predicted.

You will have so many opportunities to re-invent yourself.

So I think it’s a risk to take worthwhile

Trying to do something I was really happy with.

If on the first try you do not do it, you know,

You can try again and things tend to

Work in the long term.

In the Silicon Valley, part of the reason is a lot of people

Start the company, start a company

Even after it fails, you can wear it like

Medal of Honor, right?

I think this is important, culturally rewarded, and risky.

I remember when I started working at Google,

If you go and people were discussing ideas,

Other people who have heard ideas try to

Building on those thoughts, encourage you.

So it is a culture of optimism, it’s a culture of risk

I think this is really important.

– Are there any serious mind tricks that you employ

So, you know, maybe people do not see?

Do you do to motivate your employees?

– You know for me, basically it is, I’ve always been

Very passionate, so I am optimistic about

How technology can make a difference.

So I focus on it, and that’s how kind of tend to

Forget about other things.

The rest is noise in some respects.

We believe that the program is at a stage where

The program is increasingly playing more and more

Played a crucial role in solving things, something that had not happened before.

– OK.

– So for me when I look at cars,

People spend and exaggerated the amount of time in cars.

These are resources that are used very poorly.

Now as we speak, you can look outside

And you can see all the cars that are parked.

– Right, the car that we rented to get here

Is just sitting in the parking lot.

– That’s true, so you get used to less than 10%.

So we see these problems, we say okay,

We can solve it in size, and do computing

Play a role in it, software and computer science?

Although the effort may seem ambitious or insane,

We take a very disciplined approach inside.

Even those believed through such companies

Which we build.

It’s just that we’re ready to take a long-term look,

But we run it in a very disciplined way.

Our research can be longer term, we do it

Specifically in the research when we take research projects

Such as Google IE tab or our basic search,

We do not know if even some of them make

Applicable work applications, but we want to

Push technology in time, because you do not know

What is possible on the other side.

Being in the United States, I find people taking

The number of markedly varied tracks.

So I do not think it is important to follow your dream

Do something that you are excited by.

I think if you follow your heart and do what you want,

You will always do much better.

I do not think things are that you’re an engineer or

You are in science, or can be in any field.

– What is your day routine like?

What do you do when you first get up in the morning?

– Believe it or not I still, I read the physical paper

Every morning one. – anyone?

– I read the Wall Street Journal every morning.

I read the New York Times online.

I am still very special about my tea,

It’s very English, you know I grew up in India,

So after my tea.

I’m a vegetarian, so I need to get my protein

So I always omelet in the morning with toast and tea,

And read my paper, so I do it every morning.

– Anytime you wake up?

– 6:30 to seven, so that when I do it.

– Do you exercise in the morning?

– No, later today sometimes if I get a chance,

But always in the evening.

I hope you do it in the morning, I am not

Someone morning so I need my time with paper and tea

To wake up and kind of get going.

– You are now speaking about as a potential source

The next CEO of Google.

– (Laughs) I keep hearing this, I mean Larry Ho

Very very committed to Google in the very long term,

So I am excited about computing.

Gives Google a chance for me to do what I love

And do so in a way that affects many people.

So it’s a good partnership I have with Larry

And with the team there, so I expect to stay the same.

I knew I would actually encourage each of you,

If at some point in your life you have to work with people

Where you feel a bit insecure.

That’s necessary, l That means you work with

People who are better than you, who pay you.

So I will always encourage you, if you really feel

Very safe in what to do, that means you

Do something comfortable and do not push yourself.

So there are many many times I’ve felt,

Working with people and group, do I do enough?

These people seem much better than me.

I think this is an integral part of the learning process.
