said Caesar I’m going to talk about the unicorn
but you know the mania we have
teachers we want to know the level of
knowledge of the classroom and if I go to
ask each time I say this in
class
everyone receives a reflection
conditioned that makes the muscles
cervical relax and everyone
look down
here we will plan to do in
Assemblyman half with raised hand
therefore how much do you know how is
the unicorn
also up if someone does not know can
copy the blackboard and it’s worth very well and
how many do you know how is one capi or
capi for some very well and a cut
man also business
good if you realize most of
of all of us we know
perfectly an animal that does not exist
great bravo and this because he hears because
the unicorn carries with us all the
life you know a Greek doctor in the
fourth century already described a unicorn
and also talks about the properties
Medicinals of your body
the great-grandfather of the biologists of the
zoologists aristóteles
around the same time he also described
unicorns two species but who
really gives a good boost to the myth
of the unicorn is someone very important
god it turns out that the only one that appears
in the Bible
hey and what the Bible says word of
god what god says goes to mass
in such a way that this conditioned
see all the art that came and
in the following centuries when he painted
the garden of Eden had to put
by force to those animals that
had created god today is entertaining
as you see paintings of paradise
you are going to find the unicorn
obviously there are also the
protagonists adam and eva
this picture of lucas cranach to me
love it because they have the story snows
as if it were a comic
we see eva as it emerges from the rib of
adam and then how are you facing the
snake is tempting a snake
which would of course be the nightmare of
any colleague snapped logo something
awful but also notice there was
other evidence of the existence of
unicorn we had witnesses
polo frame in the 12th century india and
sees a unicorn hey describes it as a
tremendous creature very fierce and very ugly
true or the brain bach this guy
I would have a good business and why
I could make a
lonely planet or something this does the
first illustrated guide to the Holy Land
and tells us the animals that in
Jerusalem
we know many of them a coctail one
giraffe that sir is our friend ‘s
I see a unicorn truth
but it’s more to look at all of Europe
they sold very expensive unicorn horns
hey and if there are notebooks of unicorns is
that there are only friends clear I have
agreement after seeing unicorns the game
unicorn had extraordinary value
an example 16th century
the queen isabel of england paid
100,000 pounds for the horn called the
horn of the bones 100,000 pounds of
the epoch are balance the equivalent
to 15 million euros as it was said
then a horn that was worth a city
clear everything that has a huge
value to people gives a lot of pride is
a symbol of ostentation of such
way that the monarchs raised the
unicorn to his shields herald
2 and there you have the British shield
has a unicorn that I talk to
elisabeth de queen the queen of
england and I say but let’s see
but let’s see if it costs us
much to believe the story the monarchy
but I’m not putting the
easy but you ‘re going to think that
the dynastic rights have the same
consistency than the unicorn
this can not be look, I understand that
you want to have fantastic things
but for something else something that comes
a little more to the subjects that is
more cheerful to clean the monarchy
the body of the only tournament like you
he commented before it was a medicine and the
that were lined but well fine
selling unicorn body were the
apothecaries hears and taking into account to
as the unicorn picture goes
apothecary have an issa filings
whale gadala with this and so far
it’s amazing
there is an amazing datum on unicorn 4
a compulsory medicine in
Non- Udinese pharmacies up to 1741 century
18 sold July 4
things have changed fortunately
right now in the pharmacies only
we find preparations that are very
effective as anti-rheumatic bracelets
homeopathic remedies or pills
slimming
I am the obvious proof that they are
effective
the unique tournament flight is taken
fundamentally as an antidote
against poisons
but of course 2 account in those times
nobody knew the origin of the
diseases bacterial infections
it was not known which process if
King got a rash he had pain
a tremendous headache or diarrhea for
They had poisoned him was therefore
the body of the unicorn became
a super medicine served for everything
which is very good because I also
has found his
medicines in fact we have this super
medicine that I found in Senegal
is fantastic
hey you have constipation you the
tomas the vision of tomás is clear
also these pills that are good
herbs that you have fungi on your feet
you can use it and a classic is that
It is also a lunch and carcinogenic
great framed so I bought it myself
which is also an aphrodisiac
clear but I do not dare to take it I’m not going
to make any tisane because it results
that is also a hair grower hear that you
You go from stack dictated makes love with your
girl and ended up straining with the man
wolf just good man talking about the
sex
one of the most amazing things that
has the unicorn is how they were hunted
there towards the 10th century appears the
history fostered by the church
surprisingly the unicorns are
they hunted using a virgin that I
I imagine that at a certain moment it appeared
the Unicorn
we hope the unicorn will have agreement
elsewhere and
and then what happened the knight
who was 11 she would have a
May election is the problem of going to
hunt only rivers with maidens and with
gentlemen that I usually do low on
12 a problem that the
unique podium town is evidently a
phallic symbol and therefore it has
associated as I mentioned before with the
herbs as an aphrodisiac and this is
a bit the bane of the authentic
unicorns that saw pole frame in
Asia in the 12th century have comfortable
we already knew the real unicorn was
the rhinoceros a single good but there
more species involved in this
history
those visions of bernardo de prim bach o
of quotes that there are from asia or from ethiopia
corresponds more with an antelope that is
more the image that we have of
a unique
a horse and there we find by
example the oxy to play everything is going to
be perfect but all ways both the
rhinoceros like the oxyd are species
difficult to hunt and are scarce and without
But in Europe there was a great
provision of unicorn frames and
there was a leisure plan orchards of
unicorn came from the people of the
north
the people from the north told us that
there were marine unicorns and
effectively most of the
unicorn villages that was sold in
europe and that are represented in
The tapestries and paintings are very
flattered and spiral
that corresponds to the object that
has in the global in the mouth
here we find another lie
plus
we talk about the unicorn horn and
it turns out that the rival what has very
elongated is a fang is a tooth
line or when you wrote the species you
gave a very curious name associated the
morphology or the legend cool
monoceros the unicorn of the single tooth
but of course there were no unicorns
anything was sold as a town
Unicorn
this very thing I have brought to you this is a
spur of a pellet appeared a fish
sword but the apothecaries people very
cultured come to sell also fossils
of bones or stalactites in the caves
everything was good and so he has spoken
of the unicorn so to speak of the
true
if you realize at the beginning this
history is allied on one hand the
beliefs and on the other hand science and
they overlap but that couple is already
long divorced
obviously the church was interested in
the powerful and the industry
pharmaceutical to the apothecaries that the
legend was maintained and that first of all the
world believed that there were unicorns
all the world
which gives us a lot to think about
because it turns out and lomo sapiens is a
species that looks anything
we are very creative, it is not
all sides
I, as a scientist, have a lot of mania
to see him a certain mania and in class
he usually appears he believes and he
dedicate the rows existed spread
115 a seminar on sirens in
zoology based on a video the
national of discovery channel and
most false discovery channel of a cycle
that with the eyes
the result do not worry about the year that
comes one that surely some the
grace and will say the same thing to me the same
I thought that this did not go into the exam
nobody has told us true
I’m quite that, but for
Of course we also have many believed
that is in everyday life and that the
full moon conditioned my life is a
but I have to see the full moon
according to one very much better known
of law that saves the gal and was my father
and I thought that one thing was enough
curious well I studied in a school
Catholic and there we started the creed
it gave me a certain terminal panic
I think because it turns out that we forecast the
zombie apocalypse
I believe in the resolution of the dead
now the catholic church either
moderate and he does not say this he does not want
continue adjusting to the tender infants
I did believe in the resurrection of the
meat with great prices on vegans
good in that same school to fix you
very good science carries good chemistry
a physical and just me alone of the
resurrection of the dead
we were the matter cycles of
energy age not and nanga that how it
house the church a solution
I return to the creed I believe in God
almighty final point there is no more
say everything is already solved that
problem has the religions have
dogmatic truths
no more to do so all are
questions of faith
now a joke teacher a lot I’m going to
say faith
the only thing that comes scientific is the
chemical symbol of jet well
set all religious beliefs
they are leaving
as you well know but then it happens is
that we do not stop network suddenly from being
perfectly rational beings and have
all a great political thought
no no no the part of the beliefs
that before he played religion they are
using magical thinking
totally esoteric issues hey is
that you are seers in all the
televisions magic fairs stores
sorcerers
I this things do not allow me my moment
intense moment blade runner
I have seen things that you do not
you would believe activators of karma that
they worked with alkaline batteries
quartz crystals that cleanse the aura
best hellfire glass bottles like
a litrona but without beer sold to
30 euros why water structure
all you are with your nash will disappear
as ‘tears in the rain’ if
you use the scientific method is
time to promote the scientific method
today it’s great the unicorn
I gather them were virgins apply it
already enough to spare or if you are in Spain
has a budget for virgins and
half ideas to spend all the time
discussing with the vice chancellor of
research that you can not get
half virgin is equal let’s go back to the
initial problem
we have 100 virgins distributed in
five or six meetings
at the end of the year and see what happens and if
the penalty England does not agree
can you repeat the experiment that is
the experiments are reviewable are
reproducible if you want to change what can
change what you want to put virgins for
clients and their brothers-in-law does so and what
best of all is that the conclusions to
the ones that arrive are refutable all
with much ra a person who has those
difficulties with the r is reproducible
irrefutable reviewable
I did not see them tomás gave him since thank you
to the scientific method
we are advancing man is very nice
believe the unicorns now over the
we see associated with the crisis is nice
That is why he preferred to think and know that
evolution has brought this planet
animals as original as naval or
as the rhinoceros between kiev and know
I stay with this last verc and
more science thanks
[Applause]
