Feeling cramped

You feel uncomfortable like you’re hanging in the sky, do not you?

The word in itself carries feelings of failure and isolation.

It is the most word, unfortunately, I hear from new customers

My girlfriend is a client of successful personalities

She runs great business and is active in her community.

It is, for the Secretariat, the most positive person you can meet.

However, in our first training consultant,

She told me that she had not only felt the crush,

But felt helpless.

When I asked her to explain it, I mentioned words such as shyness,

Failure, uncertainty, and isolation.

She assured her that she was not alone suffering from this

Indeed, at home, at work, in relationships, wherever they are,

The sense of socialization became our shameful social secret.

We fill in everything.

We fill our homes, fill our cars, our offices,

We stuff our smart phones, we stuff our storage units,

We also fill our minds and our hearts with things beyond our ability

Believing that “increase” leads to happiness

While all we get is dedicating to more indulgences.

Because of this “shameful little secret”

The word “chaos” emerged in our dictionary

From book pages to TV shows to magazines,

You can not go out of any grocery store

Without seeing the word “chaos”

Overwhelming all magazine covers.

But people do not realize that chaos is not just about our business

But may be in the things that are full of our homes

It may also be a digital, mental or emotional mess, or even a spiritual mess.

The concept of physical chaos is the first thing that comes to mind

Those stuffed tires, and those garages that no longer fit into any car yet

Those stores that have become a multi-billion dollar industry in our country.

Digital chaos

Are thousands of letters in e-mail boxes

Which I see consistently and regularly

These are the many files on your computer

Without any name he knows or inform you of their content,

It takes a long time looking for something to no avail

Mental disorder can be fears,

They may be voices

Issued by the employer, wife, or voice of the news

Or anything else that might threaten us.

The chaos of feelings may come from stereotypes,

Those negative stereotypes that you barely realize you are characterized by.

You may be in the voice of “failure” yelling at you:

“I can not follow a diet for losing weight.”

“I can not resign from my job to start my own business.”

The spiritual chaos, however, is largely unobtrusive

But may result from such things as the inability to forgive or the denial of peace and tranquility

The latter, emotional and spiritual chaos

They may not show up for them, but they are the most difficult

Basically, the concept of chaos is anything that prevents you from living the way

Which I wanted to live by,

Anything that prevents you from living the way you wanted to live

Anything that prevents you from doing your work and enjoying your life.

Now, it may seem difficult but all kinds of chaos

All that I mentioned earlier, is due to one root cause.

I have a great friend, a mentor and a business coach, Barbara Habel,

It is famous for a phrase that summarizes this universal truth:

Chaos are deferred decisions.

Think about it some time, this applies to any position

For example, those accumulated baggage if you wandered in your closet,

If you go back there, you may try to do it

You will find a full section dedicated to clothes.

The delayed decision may be:

“I am really determined to make more effort and time

Trying to lose that extra weight so that all those clothes fit me? “

Or the deferred decision may be:

“I will clean the store so I can move these things

To baskets and use them later in their seasons? “

Those leaves, leaves are the great thing I suffer from.

Every time we take something and then ask it, we take something else and leave it

One pile will become piled piles then you will find your manager to visit you

Or some of your friends come to dinner with you

And all these things shall be gathered in a sack, and they shall be dipped in the cupboard.

Digitally, we do the same with e-mails as we do with paper.

Open the message one after the other without making a decision

Sometimes decisions are easy, everything you have to delete, respond to, or keep

But for some reason, we postpone all this

Then we get to a stage where we do not want to open our devices

Well, I’ve always been good at dealing with these two things:

Chaos of things, and digital chaos.

I realized how things were going with my clients

Because there is often a hidden reason

Makes things up for what they are

But I did not really understand how it affects our lives

So I fell into the trap myself.

In 2012, underwent heart-level surgery.

I have been suffering from valve insufficiency for all my life

“You’ll live until you’re eighty

There is no need for any medical intervention, you are fine and everything is fine. “

Well, in the year of surgery

My father discovered after diagnosis that he had pancreatic cancer

He did not have much time to live

My eldest son was being held in hospital because he had suicidal thoughts.

I did not bear my heart and broke the metaphor and truth

By April 2012, I had a heart attack and underwent surgery.

You’ve gone through it all now, you’re the typical patient

I spent 48 hours in the hospital. I was going up the stairs and doing fun

After surgery for 11 months I managed to reach half the distance in the marathons

So, everything was fine, I received a lot of compliments

But I was suffocating.

I had a great deal of mental and emotional anguish

The fears were chaotic.

“What if the operation fails?”

“What if my heart is tired again?”

“Did not I have to go through these crazy idiotic seizures?”

“Did not I have to take a nap every day after a year?”

The emotional chaotic was the guilt.

“Did not I live while the others die?”

Let me tell you two things together

To mention something about the spiritual chaos in our words.

But do not be mad at me when I cut this part of you

My house was very neat, and very clean most of the time.

While I had a client just the opposite.

She was very disappointed with her place of residence.

You have not received people for years, I have been trying to fix it,

We became very close in a very short time.

Thus, one day she commented to her

It is next to this work, which was tied up

Live an active life, and play amusing activities

Learn, continue to study, and participate in trips

It was as if I were motivating her a bit

I told her: “Imagine what you can do without these things that weigh you down.”

Imagine with me, sir, you have made me laugh.

Because she said to me, “See who speaks.”

“There are always ideas that are relevant to you,” she said

And you want to do it yourself, “she continued,” but you do not do any of them

You will remain unchanged as well. “

Thus, we challenged each other

I must admit that it has succeeded in completing its work faster than it did,

But I started to face it

I have stopped postponing the decision to confront my fears

And to postpone the need to deal with this sense of guilt

So things started to change.

Now, I do not know anything about your postponed decision

On some of those issues

Some of you may have fears you can not face.

Perhaps there is someone waiting to forgive you

But you have not given him this forgiveness yet.

But what is the answer?

Make a decision, right?

Some may be easy: two weeks later, we will clean this garage.

Some may be great.

I will fail in my studies, turn to California and write a novel.

Some are small: every two weeks I will delete my marketing letter from my post

Or unsubscribe from two marketing postings.

But keep the key in your hand.

Your jurisdiction, whatever its kind, is not a moral punishment.

A sense of guilt will not help you either to blame others or to hurt yourself.

So all you do in these matters must be for you, and for the safety of your mind.

There is a saying that says:

“The change is the result of work, the work of the will of determination”

This means you have the power

Even in the midst of this terrible mess

Which makes you clogged motionless

You have the power to make a change once you make a decision.

Now, it is a moment to take a practical step, just as we do with the purposes:

You have to wear it, or pack it, then carry it to the donation centers

Or to the nearest container on the pavement,

Well, you have to take a step on your other things

Whether it’s about calling a dear friend, taking a picnic stroll, or writing a diary

Whatever these things, we have to take action on them.

I have heard a phrase for years and I was very impressed with its suitability for what we are looking for

The phrase “do what is commendable”

That means, do something, move, make a decision

Act, whatever your business is small

You will be very upset.

The bottom line is,

In the end, what determines your life type is your decisions

On your work,

And about yourself.

So, do something, go ahead.

Some kinds of chaos will come back

Whether physical or emotional chaos

Because it is life, will never cease to reappear.

But if those decisions are taken first without delay from you,

Will eventually get rid of tyranny to reach what we all aspire to:

Peace

thank you.

(clap)
