Michael Phelps’s Top 10 Rules For Success (@MichaelPhelps)

Whitney was on the national team with the people looked at the translation Wu (Riffa Taie rafaa tai)

I knew they always came back with signatures like stuff and I was like I wanted to do it

I’m getting [52] more practices than everyone else is leaving

Kind of make it a little difference or big in the end. [You] know if you want to do something, want to bad

You have to make sacrifices

You know people before me set the bar too high and woken

It was a little baby [that] did not fear that a big dream like I could

He is a competitive American swimmer and Olympic athlete

He is a sportsman at all and he also holds the record every time his [l] Olympic gold medals have international titles and record numbers

The performances have earned him the title of [swimmer] world of [the year] seven times

It’s Michael Phelps and here’s my take on the top ten rules of rule number success

Three are my personal favorite and I would love to know which one of you [men] like the best

I had two older sisters that the first kind of look to and their parents had a chance to travel

Nationally and internationally

I knew that Whitney Lee on the national team with people looked at Wu

I knew they always came back with signatures like stuff and I was like I wanted to do it

I want to be on those teams. I want to travel the world and at this point

You’re like you know. I want to be the Olympic gold medal

I want to break the world record and I want to be a professional athlete or

Those goals that I [I] thought every single day, keep me coming

Week after week in year after year so I was able to achieve it

What hit us the most about Michael when we met him before all those years was his dedication in the long hours in the pool

It’s one reason we’ve trained seven days a week why we trained at Christmas why we did a Thanksgiving training

365 days a year

However, [many] clubs are trained seven days a week, so it provides you with an additional one

Set a training session every one week

Where you pick up something so I mean I’m getting 52 more practices than anyone else and let’s

Kind of make it a little difference or big in the end. how do you feel?

Separates good athletes from the best athletes

I think it goes back [to] what I was saying earlier about [Lee]. [I] Think of a lot of this mentality

You know if you want to do something, you want to bad you make sacrifices and

Growing up for me as a child. I made a lot of sacrifices that I

They do not seem to have been a big deal, and I [do] seem like I do not think [of] they are about being a big deal

Now you know that there are Saturdays or Fridays where I give up to go dancing or

Wander around with my friends [cuz] I had a workout the next day, but those things I gave up

You know the things I wanted were

To help me get my goal, there have been times where but you know I’ve put in uncomfortable situations

But I’ve used my mental strength to force my mind to push through it

I think this is how you know you can look at any of the world’s athletes. I mean the tiger

Men if knee still busted

Come and destroy the rest of the field that [you know], this thing like people do not make excuses

[Some] are better at they are the greatest athletes in the world do things when they are uncomfortable

You know everyone can compete when you feel good happy excited

Comfort, but the best people who can overcome when you are tired sure

Not in great mind is not in the best mentality I

I think the mental power that the greatest athletes can push all the pain aside

You know and I mean like when you’re doing that commando regiment of the sea something was easy for me to do it

No, it was easy for me to climb a 45-foot wall and look down and not at all in my scared eyes

But you know I said to myself. I’m going to do this, and no one is going to stop me. I

I think this is the most important thing is how much power can be mentally think that really shows who the person is

So I think this is the only thing that

Separating the good from I’m great

I think we keep just keeping the hair rolling or I

Also I think we have some more better times and other occasions

Maybe [close] [world] [records] in those I do not know [am]. I think that

Baldness and my long-term goals smiled

So when the gold medal in Athens and go in more than happened it means I have a lot of goals

But I think I just want to take day by day

Michael Phelps was a force of nature who was preparing to take on the world and win his first Olympic medal in that [p]

Athena games he hit six feet four with six-foot wings seven

At that time 18 years had already developed itself as the fastest in the world ever

All-round swimmer at this stage of his career. It held three world records and three world titles

But the big goal is to win

Olympic gold in Athens and not just one

He was looking to tie or even exceed Mark Spitz’s record distances from seven gold medals from

1972 Olympics Much including Ian Thorpe Australia believes Phelps’ mission is impossible

I think [if] he said that this means that what he actually could not do and I do not think it is impossible for anyone

I mean I guess if you really just have your mind wide open and use your imagination

I think a lot of things are possible. [I] thinks [of] myself

The greatest person I can be this is everything

I do not want to get out of my know you ad out on my limbs and say I’m the greatest of this or that

Only you kid with a dream. That’s all

And

You know people [before] me [set] bar too high and wokent

A little boy was not afraid to dream as [big] as I can and that really is

I knew you said like you like we were talking before. I was dedicated to working hard and

Which put me in shoes where I am now ever since I had moved to Arizona

It

It was very brutal for me to see so many people that come [top] and just was supportive and

I think [this] is something really special because it goes hand in hand that it goes back to what I want to do with this sport

Being just able to know that this person or that person is watching a random bar in the street or a random restaurant on the street?

Things have changed in this sport, and I have done what I wanted to do, and

There are [people] at home, and we are abroad that screams their brains

There is something as cool as when I go home and only hear stories from them

And those little times, you know can change someone’s life can choose someone up

It’s just an honor for me. This time he retired to Real Madrid although he claimed the same thing after London

[I] Remember saying you did. I said I finished. I am done

I [I] [in] great do not retire me I was in Russia Sugar [Ray]

I said no no no

But you [were] bummed to you that you were not that you were not loving the pool at that time. I hated that,

I wanted to do with the sport then nothing

That is why I came back, but I do not want to end my [professional] like that

But I had to find myself once more passion and I found it again, and I had fun, and this was

This is how you wanted to fit. How I did it here is the best

What happened in London since Rio and in those few years that turned the lights back on or just think I’m

That [being] me

And found who I was and was happy with who I am, and this is what everyone sees and everyone will see what everyone has seen

Over the past two years I have been being and being a child and loving what I’m doing and

Be able to establish a family. There was a lot of mixed [feelings] after this race. I was not happy with the time

But then like I saw the time [and] was like a man

It’s really like I’m not happy with that and then I realized I had made my fifth Olympic team

You know that was something he was after London. I did not think it was possible

I took some time going through some ups and downs and was able to get the obstacles that I had to be able to

You have a chance to swim on my fifth Olympic team

It’s just special to

Only be on the team again and my perfect

But also have a chance for my son to come and see

My last swim ever

He may not remember him, but I will take memories of life. [I] No I do not really live a normal life this teenager

I mean, I get a lot [of] there

I give I think I will give up a lot of things

But I mean I’m getting tons and tons of other stuff that regular 15 year olds do not get so I think I have

I think this is a life that anyone can dream of and I definitely love it
