00:00:17rubbish having a rice ball new session
00:00:19is a great way to work because it keeps
00:00:20you organized and keeps you from messing
00:00:22up this fantastic space that you’ve
00:00:24created in your kitchen
00:00:25so this let me demonstrate if I was
00:00:28gonna peel this be true I could just
00:00:30peel it over my board here I know it end
00:00:32up with peelings all over the place
00:00:34which is not the best way to work
00:00:35because you end up just having to clear
00:00:37them up so why not take your rubbish
00:00:38ball pop it on your ball and peel you
00:00:41beetroot in to the rubbish ball like
00:00:44that was a bit escape there peel it in
00:00:50like that so now I don’t have anything
00:00:56on my board all the rubbish is in the
00:00:58bowl and I’m keeping myself nice and
00:01:01tidy and clean the same would go if I
00:01:04was going to pick up and chop up a
00:01:06radicchio and pick off the outside
00:01:07leaves maybe cut off the root like that
00:01:12into the rubbish bowl now I know the bin
00:01:15is only over here but actually you could
00:01:17spend all your life going back and
00:01:19forward to the bin this way you can keep
00:01:21yourself in your work place keeping
00:01:24focused on all the ingredients without
00:01:25having to move about the kitchen all day
00:01:26plus it means that you can wear over the
00:01:29bowl and have things drop into it so
00:01:31they have trimmed one radicchio same
00:01:33thing for fennel I could take the ends
00:01:37off pop them into my rubbish bowl trim
00:01:40the bottom off into my rubbish bin here
00:01:44we go so Rick I’ve got my vegetables
00:01:46here ready to slice ready to get on with
00:01:48and I’ve got a nice clean section all
00:01:51the rubbish is in here and then when it
00:01:53fills up I make one trip to the bin drop
00:01:56it in and then it’s empty ready to carry
00:02:00on again so rubbish bowls it’s a simple
00:02:04idea and it’s a really effective one it
00:02:06keeps you organized and keeps all this
00:02:08lovely space you created nice and clean
00:02:11it’s the most efficient way
