00:00:17as thunders toolkit you know when i’m
00:00:19referring to so those fruit juices we’ve
00:00:22got some info from Harvard University
00:00:24here interesting study you can see here
00:00:27that the soldiers and the juices have
00:00:30roughly around the same amount of sugar
00:00:32so if sugars an issue for you or your
00:00:35friend or family then you need to regard
00:00:38the soda and the fresh fruit juice as
00:00:41candy as a treat of course the fresh
00:00:44fruit juices are going to give you way
00:00:45more nutritional benefits vitamins
00:00:48nutrients etc and of course there’s an
00:00:51upside so you may as well get good at
00:00:53finding clever ways to make water
00:00:55exciting and lovely personally in my
00:00:57family I always cut the fresh fruit
00:01:00juices by heart with water if you’ve got
00:01:02ice available that always really helps
00:01:05especially if you live in our country so
00:01:07there’s always a jug of that in the
00:01:08middle of the table with a simple bit
00:01:10citrus or crushed up through and then
00:01:13some of the highest countries in the
00:01:14world little torn up it’s amit which
00:01:16grow everywhere like a weed but it
00:01:18really makes a beautiful drink so we’re
00:01:21going to do a bit of work in the chart
00:01:22child nutrition feel we’re going to
00:01:24explain what it is and how it’s going to
00:01:26impact you your family this is probably
00:01:29the most important piece of health

00:01:38need to keep poking governance centers
00:01:41press to try and make sure it turns into
00:01:44something meaningful to finish it off
