00:00:33sales business she worked for sanely

00:00:35Home Products recruited over 150 women

00:00:38to work for her and earn a percentage of

00:00:40the products they sold her success

00:00:42worried Stanley Home Products executives

00:00:44so they moved her to Dallas and refused

00:00:45to pay her Commission’s from her

00:00:47previous results ash joined another

00:00:49direct sales company world gift company

00:00:52where she excelled and again had her

00:00:54efforts penalized when she was demoted

00:00:55after achieving too much too quickly

00:00:58she chose to resign rather than be

00:01:00demoted ash then used her $5,000 life

00:01:03savings to open a cosmetics company

00:01:05beauty by Mary Kay Ash had bought the

00:01:08formula for skin care cream she was

00:01:10using as well as a storefront in Dallas

00:01:12and began hiring friends as independent

00:01:14beauty consultants her team for

00:01:16salespeople in its first year company

00:01:19sales reached one hundred and ninety

00:01:21eight thousand dollars primarily from

00:01:23sale sessions or skincare classes her

00:01:25sales team would hold in private homes

00:04:17more likely to be convinced and want to

00:04:18get involved this in turn will give you

00:04:21more energy and enthusiasm so don’t

00:04:23waste the opportunity

00:04:26so remember break down barriers in your

00:04:29way

00:04:30live by the golden rule and be
