00:00:12the next day the Serb leadership issues
00:00:15an order that makes her greatest
00:00:17situation even worse
00:00:21we received the order that the army
00:00:23should stop searching for the pilot so
00:00:26we wouldn’t be considered guilty of his
00:00:28murder when he was captured by the
00:00:30paramilitaries the hunt for the downed
00:00:35pilot is left to the Serbian police the
00:00:37paramilitaries and anyone with a gun but
00:00:42although the terrain was under our
00:00:43control there were many other groups
00:00:46circulating around criminals operating
00:00:49outside the sphere of the state
00:00:51institutions and absolutely everyone had
00:00:54weapons
00:00:59rosco fears a bloodsucker personage they
00:01:02are fun
00:01:04swallows lady reckoners Menezes mr.
00:01:06Barracuda leader buyer son Sean O’Grady
00:01:15hasn’t eaten since he left the base in
00:01:17Italy two days ago he left his food
00:01:21rations back at the landing site now he
00:01:24faces a new threat hunger early didn’t
00:01:28start to feel no hungry
00:01:30told after two days on the ground there
00:01:35are no wild berries or fruit in survival
00:01:38training yet leaves he runs through the
00:01:42edibility test rub the plants on the
00:01:45outside of your lip then on the inside
00:01:48then hold it in your mouth for five
00:01:50minutes then swallow at the first
00:01:54unpleasant symptom send it back he
00:01:58suffers no ill effects so he tries some
00:02:01more they were just very dry and very
00:02:05bitter and the grass was very coarse
00:02:09with fiber
00:02:10he cannot survive on leaves and grass
00:02:13alone and digestion uses up water he’s
00:02:17down to his last three packs
00:02:19he knows he’s running out of time I was
00:02:23dehydrated through the survival
00:02:25situation consistently being awake never
00:02:28slept at night took 20 minute after in
00:02:30the daylight hours my heart’s racing
00:02:32like I’m running a marathon
00:02:33your body’s exhorting a great amount of
00:02:35energy when you’re you’re cold and
00:02:37you’re wet and your sugaring trying to
00:02:38stay warm
00:02:40that night Oh Grady finally reaches a
00:02:44hill to get to the top he must move
00:02:47across open ground making himself an
00:02:50easy target but he can’t wait any longer
00:02:56he has no choice but to take the risk
00:03:02on the fourth day of combing the area
00:03:05the Serbs think they’ve picked up a
00:03:08Grady’s trail we came across numerous
00:03:13science in the woods which indicated to
00:03:15us the presence of someone who was not
00:03:18from our own forces suddenly O’Grady is
00:03:26awoken by a sharp noise a farmer taking
00:03:32his cows to a new pasture the smallest
00:03:36movement could frighten the animal and
00:03:38make the farmer curious if I was exposed
00:03:42by cows handler he’d be able to tell
00:03:45people that were then want to come and
00:03:47get me
00:03:54370 kilometers away pilots at the Aviano
00:03:57base I’m not sure if though Grady is
00:04:00alive there is always that doubt but we
00:04:03would not accept that as far as brothers
00:04:05in arms fire pilots we’re gonna go out
00:04:07and find him we’re gonna bring him home
00:04:08or we’re gonna do everything we can to
00:04:11do that his chance is a pretty damn slim
00:04:14we probably would have heard something
00:04:15by now everything tells us he is dead or
00:04:18they got him but we got to keep looking
