Summer Drinks – Fruit Smoothie

00:00:06be talking about summer drinks when the

00:00:07temperatures get high you know you need

00:00:09to hydrate yourself and what you choose

00:00:11to hydrate yourself with depends on the

00:00:13people that you’re with what you’re

00:00:14doing and where you are so today I’m

00:00:16going to be taking you through two of my

00:00:17favorite summer drink smoothies and

00:00:19chilled coffee and now as an example I’m

00:00:22going to be showing you how to make a

00:00:23smoothie now they’re really easy to make

00:00:25and you can put basically any fruit that

00:00:27you want in another benefit of the

00:00:29summer months is that the ingredients

00:00:31that you do putting your smoothies are

00:00:32usually a little bit cheaper and they’re

00:00:34a lot pressure which just makes your

00:00:36smoothie face better so here I have

00:00:38bananas and strawberries and a little

00:00:40bit of mint some ice cream sugar and

00:00:43milk very simple mints not something

00:00:46that a lot of people put in but I

00:00:47suggest trying it because it’s really

00:00:48good start off by just throwing the

00:00:50fruit in here are my vinna strawberries

00:00:52the trick here is just to put a little

00:00:54bit of the milk in the reason that I put

00:00:56the milk in now just because it helps it

00:00:57blends a little bit easier when you

00:00:59first turn the blender on then you can

00:01:01add your sugar and your ice cream and

00:01:03then that’s basically i like to do after

00:01:04that so let’s finish

00:01:10I really know why there’s a two and

00:01:13three on the blender they’ll just go the

00:01:15same speed okay so here you can add the

00:01:18mint just rip it up it doesn’t really

00:01:20matter toss it in add sugar just one

00:01:23scoop and then ice cream you’re lactose

00:01:26intolerant like myself I suggest using

00:01:28soy ice cream or even you can substitute

00:01:31orange juice or soda water throw some

00:01:34rum in if you feel like back and final

00:01:38step

00:01:42great and that’s really all you have to

00:01:44do pour it in a glass and you’re done so

00:01:48in summary smoothies took about three

00:01:49minutes to make and it tastes delicious
