00:00:03hello everyone this is Chris your fellow
00:00:05geek speaker here again today today
00:00:07we’re doing our next company in our
00:00:10segment on what I think are the five
00:00:11most influential companies in the
00:00:12industry today and I’ve chosen to speak
00:00:14about electronic arts electronic arts
00:00:17was conceived and created in 1982 and
00:00:20since then they become one of the
00:00:21strongest powerhouse franchises in the
00:00:23gaming industry today one of the
00:00:25Electronic Arts is most significant sort
00:00:28of contribution to the industry is they
00:00:30actually created the concept of
00:00:32releasing a game franchise every year
00:00:34forcing for most the one that most
00:00:36people are very familiar with is the
00:00:37John Madden series which has been out
00:00:39for at least a decade now and has
00:00:41enjoyed Multi multi multi millions of
00:00:44dollars in revenue for the company
00:00:45Electronic Arts has been known lately to
00:00:48be a little bit more aggressive on the
00:00:49corporate end of things it’s just sort
00:00:51of why I have a love-hate relationship
00:00:53with the company but other than that
00:00:54they are a strong developer and that
00:00:56cannot be denied
