Making love, sacred experience

A simple meditation method to suggest Latin lovers,

so that they can find their way?

The simplest method

for lovers is when they make love

should make it one

sacred experience.

All religions have destroyed them

the sanctity of love.

They have condemned it as a sin.

And air conditioning has gone so deep

in the human mind

how many people are doing so in a hurry,

like

want to end it as soon as possible.

Of course, if it is a sin

it is best to be completed as soon as possible.

Their hearts are full of guilt,

All their minds full of sin.

If lovers want to make meditative enjoyment,

then first they must distract the view that it is sin,

that is something wrong.

It’s something

infinitely beautiful,

an amazing gift of nature,

of existence, for which you should not be guilty of,

you must be grateful!

And to show your gratitude

you must do it

a special place.

Every home and every couple that can afford it

there must be a special room for love alone:

there should be no other kind of vibration there

nor controversy, discussions,

pillow throws.

They must enter the room after they are washed,

as if to be going to a temple.

The room should be full of

wonderful incense burning fragrance;

there should not be shining lights

just candles, pale light.

And do not have to rush,

because the parade is extremely important,

for the simple reason that the whole body of the woman is erotic.

The entire body of the man is not erotic;

his sexuality is localized,

limited

only in his genitals.

But the whole body of the woman is erotic,

and unless all of its body begins

to shake

from pleasure, ecstasy,

she will not experience orgasm.

If a man plays a lot with the body of a woman,

the woman plays pretty much with her husband’s body …

and the meditation technique is:

while you are playing with each other’s body,

stay observer,

do not identify.

So that there are four, not two:

wife and observer from within,

husband and observer from within.

The observer simply looks at what the man is doing to the woman,

what a woman is doing to her husband.

The observer does not judge

in is good or bad; is simply as a mirror,

which presents what is happening.

This observation is only consciousness,

alertness, conscience.

And especially in paralysis,

if you are conscious, vigilant,

then there is the possibility

that you know the exact time two times

when your bodies are ready to make love.

You will feel the bioelectricity of each other’s bodies.

When you start to make love, do not rush.

Let the woman always be above.

Missionary Position

is the worst position that exists in the world.

In the East

no one knew before the Christians arrived there

that the husband may be above the woman.

This is so brutal,

so ugly.

The woman is delicate,

and an animal

it’s awful

makes ups and downs on the poor woman!

In India this is called the position of the missionary,

because it became known only when the missionaries came to India.

They taught the Indians that this is also possible;

otherwise, the woman should always be above.

Even from the scientific point of view

it is correct that woman should be over,

because it can then be more active

and the husband may be less active.

If the man is over, the woman can not be more active,

while the husband is more active.

If he is more active, he achieves ejaculation very soon,

while the woman

has not yet reached the point where orgasm may be.

If the woman is above and is active,

while the husband remains inactive,

there is every possibility

since the time the woman

it reaches orgasm

even the man will reach it.

And if the two reach orgasm at the same time,

then an extraordinary fusion and merger is achieved,

as if the bodies disappear

and two souls are no longer two souls,

two being are no longer two being.

As the observation continues.

This is the inner influence of meditation that works:

you are observing.

after

be calm your orgasm,

until it disappears slowly, follow it.

Follow as he grows,

are transmitted as they break out

follow him as he starts to go back

in the state

normal of your bodies.

Then do not rush to separate from each other;

stay together for some time.

In tantra this is called low orgasm.

This remains unknown to millions of people.

The first orgasm was high orgasm.

You met together

at the peak of your energy,

now that height is no more.

But every high thing is the lowland beside;

without the valley there can be no peak.

So if you can stand quietly watching

together,

you will be amazed.

there is another orgasm with a completely different beauty,

different depths,

different pleasures –

low orgasm.

While low orgasm disappears and returns to normality

do not share.

Meanwhile, observation continues all the time.

When you split,

just do not

start falling asleep.

Something very essential is still there,

and that’s the way.

You created that

confusion in all the energy of the body, mind

of each other.

that it is necessary to massage one another’s body,

to play with one another’s body,

and use pleasant aromas, flowers, candle light, music …

If you’re going to dance, you’re dancing.

But the observation continues.

Why are you insisting on continuing the observation?

I point out that if you do this many times,

then some day you can only try observing,

without your husband, without your wife – alone.

In the same room,

In the same atmosphere,

with the same flavor

which creates the same memories;

the same light,

the same environment,

just start observing as you sit down.

And a big surprise will happen to you.

All that happened to you with your wife

begins to happen

exactly within you,

without a wife or without a husband.

You begin to go slowly towards high orgasm –

the same experience

without physical, biological expression –

and you get low orgasm,

the same experience.

You have learned meditation through love,

you have also learned and

love through meditation;

which will continue to enrich each other.

This will bring them maturity

both persons,

while maturity will release

their twisted intelligence,

awareness,

affection, compassion.

And it will destroy jealousy, anger, hatred.

It will bring tremendous changes to you.

Those changes will be testimony

that you are on the right track.
