four years ago with a friend we decided
make a crossing in patagonia
We went from Bariloche to the pocket
by bicycle 140 kilometers so that you
they like numbers during this
crossing I met a person who
llama chada also came by bicycle
but from alaska
two and a half years ago he is
fighting as soon as I had the opportunity
to get the singles cheap and not
we could exchange adventures with him
talk about how difficult the path of
mountain of the rise of the descent of
the winds of patagonia was with everything
to the thousands of times we wanted to go to
the bicycle on the side of the road
We got on the first auto train truck
collective
I saw something that takes us and put everything
that I thought we only did without
miles
then bringing a finger to his temple
question of what he had done 13,615
I know if as I understood what
he said with time everything is rotting fernando

I am 35 years old and 15 years ago I dedicate myself to
help people save time
15 years ago I dedicate the
computing
I like to say that it helps people to
save time because actually for
that were created the computers that
repair every day
today it is so everyday to replace actions
that before does not demand a lot of time
that we do it almost without giving
account
I invite you to think for a moment the
customs that we adapted with the
over the years the time that we
they delayed before and what is now a
easy for example we want to let you know
someone who lives far away some
important event that we are going to
have a child that we do not receive or
anything else probably in your
the moment when this person found out
we are programming the
x birthday of our son or we are
studying the postgraduate course of what we
we had received the record of
your favorite band and talk about seeing the
video you remember how you go from
theme the theme in the year 95
well with a cassette and a pen that does not
knows the recommended method what is
extremely attractive looking for work
Before you had to go buy the newspaper
Sunday swept specified
select two notices
how much wake up Monday very early
in the morning and make a tail
endless and pray that when not
come to one they tell him the vacancy will be
busy looking for where it is for example
they do not forgive themselves buco sure one vulgar
or today means a word
at home I have a dictionary
encyclopedic that has twelve volumes twelve
tomos is like that
well and that’s how I occupy more space than
computer
the internet modem and three monitors
together over every time I’m going to go to
look for a word late 3 to 5 minutes
lost time
this to be solving problems
computer made me realize that the
society demands that things work
getting faster and better even though
times with which it is faster reaches and
the environment of a little is satisfying
that need
I heard say so many times I’m going to
change the cell phone because the model does not
it works faster than the one I have or
he bought me a computer with a
fifth sixth seventh processor
generation or let’s do the work by
skype
We do not travel by the pp demanded to touch
the best of all
We send messages is not coming
so under this thing of immediacy is
was incorporating our life of such
way that stopped being an accessory
to become a vital part of
we ourselves were becoming
in processors information every time
faster
as well as the brands that make it
we separate in generations and each new
generation processes information yet
faster than the previous
with each new generation we eliminate
the processes with each new generation
we earn more time we earn more time
what they say is true
it will be true that time is money
I invite you that we were for a while
that we have it in our hands what
We can feel like coins and save
Inside a piggy bank
when we get up and put the table
while we left the shower while a
monedita when instead of calling
someone sent a message because
faster another hand when during
dinner send a mail another hand and
so one by one
we are going to keep the coins
in a piggy bank what will happen
when we go to look for that piggy bank
what will happen when we want to break
the little pig and grab all that time
that we boarded in there
will exist will still be
common currency
I believe that not all of these
devices help us optimize each
second
but it is in ourselves to do
let’s use that time we won
we use technology yes but we do not
we drive in it
we breathe a little of the old airs
we are going to realize that they were not
so polluted
we could play for centuries to
save the coins
one in the amount but the time
not saved the weather is good more
powerful that we have and best of all
is that nobody will ever be able to touch it
thank you very much
