00:01:17food like I do and that you’re gonna

00:01:20feel better as a wife husband boyfriend

00:01:22girlfriend mother-in-law parent to be a

00:01:25rattle out sumptuous delicious meals

00:01:28instead of putting the pack in the

00:01:30microwave as far as the recipes are

00:01:32concerned and we’re covering all bases

00:01:34we’ve got me we got fish we got

00:01:36vegetarian we’ve got pasta we got salads

00:01:38we’ve got international dishes we’ve got

00:01:40European dishes we’ve got English dishes

00:01:41I’ve written it so it’s kind of do what

00:01:44you’re told have this meal but if you

00:01:47don’t like that salad of course you can

00:01:49swap like for like you know you can swap

00:01:52a seller for a salad you can swap a root

00:01:54veg for a root veg or a herb for a herb

00:01:57of your preference but don’t start doing

00:01:59stuff that’s out of the structure don’t

00:02:01go swap in a salad for a stir-fry

00:02:03because I can’t guarantee you’re gonna

00:02:04do it quick and delicious I’m trying to

00:02:07find and give you all the little tips

00:02:09ducks dives that I’ve ever learned at

00:02:12work or at home you’re gonna pick up

00:02:15stuff from this book

00:02:16that you’re going to use every single
