00:02:49fish filet that matter and we can top it
00:02:52with either a shrimp or fish etouffee
00:02:56right we can actually get a Cajun
00:02:59microwave and put it in a Cajun
00:03:01microwave and cook it tomorrow during
00:03:02the day so what on earth is a Cajun
00:03:04weren’t quite okay Jen microwave is
00:03:06built out of wood cypress wood and it’s
00:03:09it’s a square box and it might have wood
00:03:11out of wood and it’s it’s actually
00:03:14coated on the inside with either
00:03:16stainless steel or aluminum like an old
00:03:20fat it’s just like if I rip the smell
00:03:22off my yes it does get a small Pig and
00:03:26cook it home you like I think for a
00:03:29hundred people were going to need
00:03:31yeah we’ll need some pork yeah and I
00:03:33think that would be a good way for you
00:03:35to learn harder

00:03:40butter pudding with killer ice cream
00:03:41we’ve got roasted Cajun style pool got
00:03:43dirty rice I wanted to do that we got

00:03:46potatoes but what we’re gonna kind of
00:03:48ever talk between we quite an attraction
