00:00:19member named who is a personal assistant
00:00:21and he’s looking to grow his business by
00:00:23hiring a couple salespeople his question
00:00:25is is wondering if a commission only
00:00:27sales model would work for him and if it
00:00:29makes sense so commission only sales
00:00:32models can be great and this is
00:00:33basically where you’re not paying a
00:00:35salary to your salespeople and they’re
00:00:36out selling it’s great for performance
00:00:39only so you’re only giving up money when
00:00:41money’s coming in but you have to
00:00:44remember that it does take time for
00:00:45sales person to get revved up so you
00:00:47might want to consider doing a draw at
00:00:49the beginning so they get paid a certain
00:00:51amount of salary until they start
00:00:53earning commission just so that they
00:00:54don’t get discouraged and quit on you
00:00:56too soon you put a lot of time and
00:00:57effort into training and then they’re
00:00:59gone so consider paying a base until
00:01:01they start making some Commission coming
00:01:03in you also might think about trying to
00:01:06generate these for them one of the
00:01:08things that says we’re really doing is
00:01:10generated leads at the start it’s a lot
00:01:12easier once you can generate tests and
00:01:14leads for them they can go and close the
00:01:16sales so if you’re going to provide any
00:01:17kind of support for them if it’s email
00:01:19marketing or telemarketing and direct
00:01:21mail or your website anything that can
00:01:23help support them get started and
00:01:25quickly learn how to get in there and
00:01:27sell your product that’s a lot easier to
00:01:29start attracting some good sales people
00:01:30to your company and a lot easier to pin
00:01:32of the Commission a link model so I hope
