00:00:21American division create what’s referred
00:00:23to as the black sheep of the Metal Gear
00:00:25Solid series this was metal gear snakes
00:00:28revenge now typically Metal Gear is a
00:00:31stealth game and really created the
00:00:33genre but I guess to appeal to the
00:00:35American audience or the North American
00:00:37audience the the company decided to sort
00:00:40of take snake and a sort of harder edge
00:00:42sort of area and had him actually being
00:00:45the aggressor in this game hence the
00:00:47name snakes revenge now not only that
00:00:49snakes revenge have a pretty crappy
00:00:52plotline but it was really just a
00:00:55shallow game that had you running and
00:00:57gunning and and taking on enemies and
00:01:00really didn’t have that feel of the
00:01:03original Metal Gear now it did have some
00:01:05side-scrolling levels that were just
00:01:07sort of tacked on there but really this
00:01:11game was so bad that economy doesn’t
00:01:14officially recognize this game in the
00:01:16Metal Gear series so when you play metal
00:01:19gear solid that series of games now you
00:01:22never hear any reference the events that
00:01:24have heard in this game whereas you will
00:01:27hear references to the original Metal
00:01:28Gear game or even metal gear solid or
00:01:30middle gear 2 released on the MSX but
00:01:33this mel gear sakes revenge is a gem
00:01:35only for the fact that it is the black
00:01:37sheep in the Metal Gear series and
00:01:39rightfully so it’s a pretty crap
