00:00:01quick Christmas cocktail that you can
00:00:03have any time I’ve got some lovely
00:00:05pomegranates at the moment you can get
00:00:06them especially up all the sort of
00:00:08Arabic markets and stores and stuff like
00:00:11that but you can get them in
00:00:11supermarkets too now
00:00:13this cocktail is so simple I’m literally
00:00:15getting a pomegranate like that and I’m
00:00:18just gonna squeeze it in my hand like
00:00:20that and all the juice will come out and
00:00:22dead simple now here’s the thing you can
00:00:25buy pomegranate juice and you can buy
00:00:27planets of pomegranates that have been
00:00:29picked and apart from being you know
00:00:32more expensive and I find the juice kind
00:00:34of goes a bit stale and it’s not as
00:00:37fresh and sweet and full of life so this
00:00:40is so simple so quick and if you want to
00:00:44put a bit of Clementine in there as well
00:00:45it makes the most incredible kind of
00:00:48champagne Bucks Fizz now you can use
00:00:50champagne or if it’s a bit too posh you
00:00:53can use Carver or a Prosecco that’s much
00:00:55cheaper so all I do is literally squeeze
00:00:58it in like this and then get me champers
00:01:07do about three times as much champers as
00:01:11there is pomegranate juice it goes the
00:01:17most incredible colour as well now if
00:01:20you posh you can use a champagne flute
00:01:22like this or you can use a tumbler if
00:01:25you’re a bit common like me just give it
00:01:27a little swirl around and pour it in and
00:01:32it’s absolutely delicious a real nice
00:01:37twist on a Bucks Fizz look at that it
00:01:41just looks beautiful
00:01:42really Christmassy so there you go guys
00:01:44a lovely opportunity for me to say Happy
00:01:47Christmas have a wonderful New Year or
00:01:49Happy Holidays if you’re in America no
00:01:51matter where you are in the world
00:01:52whether it’s hot cold snowing on the
00:01:55beach in Australia how good is that from
00:01:58cold England happy Christmas and thanks
